The Jurassic Quest team is closely monitoring the situation in Salem, OR and keeping the safety of our customers and crew in mind. As of now, the event will go on as scheduled. Guests that are concerned with the forecasted weather on Friday will be given the opportunity to use their original tickets during any time slot on Saturday or Sunday without needing their tickets adjusted.
Due to company policy, tickets are nonrefundable unless in the case of a canceled event. This is posted at the point of purchase, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, guests arriving without tickets can easily purchase them directly from their phone. Simply scan the QR code displayed at key entry points and hallways leading to the venue entrance. We encourage you to purchase your ticket as you approach to save time and avoid delays.
